Delivery

Delivery takes place within 2 (two) to 10 (ten) working days depending on the product ordered, an estimated shipping time will be displayed on the product page.

Orders leave our premises the following working day of your order confirmation and payment validation. Our courier takes on average two working days for delivery to major centres and three working days for outlying or regional areas.

Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order and that you are contactable during business hours so that if issues do arise you can be reached.

Please Note
Should we be out of stock of an item or there is a delay in the product reaching our premises in time, we will notify you and automatically give you the choice to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait just that little bit longer, but believe us, it’s worth the wait..

Returns / Refund Policy
Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied  by the SAVELOT (PTY) Ltd or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, ThreadsWear.co.za will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five (5) days of receipt. In such an instance, ThreadsWear.co.za will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, the Provider will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.
